Lee is a seasoned professional with a dynamic background spanning accountancy, bookkeeping, manufacturing, engineering, and business management. With over 20 years of hands-on experience working from the on the shop floor through to leadership roles I bring a deep understanding of operations, efficiency, and problem-solving to everything I do.

Academically, I have always challenged myself and have succeeded in gaining qualifications, including a Foundation Degree (FdA) in Public Sector Management and a BSc in Business Management, while doing my accountancy training this     complemented my technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership. I thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging my ability to analyse financial data, optimise workflows, and implement practical solutions that drive success.

Later on in life and after thinking I was "Different" to others I was referred for ADHD and dyslexia tests and was diagnosed with both elements, I see challenges as opportunities for innovation. My neurodivergence fuels my creativity, adaptability, and ability to approach problems from unconventional angles, allowing me to uncover insights others might miss.

Passionate about bridging the gap between numbers, operations, and people, I  am looking to help other neurodivergents in scaling and building businesses. I’m committed to making businesses more efficient, sustainable, and forward-thinking.
